Shipping Policy

MOST Orders Ship Within 24-48 Hours Monday - Friday. We do our very best to ship your orders out in a timely manner, however please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

LOCATION: Orders ship from Cabot, Arkansas. We Are Online Only, No Store Front. Local Pickup Available.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Choosing express shipping does not mean that WE ship your order faster than our policy above. It means once we drop the package off at USPS THEY process and deliver your order faster. We are not responsible for an order not getting to you on time if choosing this option. 

FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping Applies To US Orders Over $100 Only. If we are doing a free shipping discount the cheapest option will be selected. Express is NOT an option when selecting free shipping. If you need express you will need to pay for it. This also applies to orders over $100 receiving free shipping. 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: If an order gets returned to us for the wrong address or undeliverable you will be required to pay for the return shipping fee. Your order will not be shipped until the invoice is paid for the return shipping fee. Failure to pay the return shipping fee will result in the item being donated if unpaid after 30 days. 

DAMAGES/CLAIMS: Platinum Cowgirl Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged products. We offer Route which is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. After checkout you will be emailed instructions on how to file a claim with Route or you can download their mobile app. We highly suggest opting in to this protection at checkout. If you decline Route protection, Platinum Cowgirl Boutique is not liable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments are final sale. Please note international orders may be required to pay import fees which is separate from shipping fees paid through our website. Customer is responsible for all import fees that the government may require.

We are boutique owners. We are not USPS employees. You MUST contact USPS / Route for all inquiries related to lost / stolen / delayed packages for assistance. All we have is the same information you have which is the tracking number and shipment history. PCB is not responsible for assisting with lost or stolen packages. We hate to see packages get lost but this is 100% out of our control. Once we drop the package off at USPS we have no control over the delivery. Please contact them directly for assistance. DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be added at the time of checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the code is added before placing the order. If you are having trouble with a code we must be contacted BEFORE the order is placed. An order cannot be cancelled, changed or modified after it has been placed. 

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Orders Are Final Sale. Pre-Orders could be shipped before or AFTER the estimated date given. Any date given on a pre-order is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. By purchasing a pre-order item you agree that delays can occur during manufacture and that you cannot cancel or return your order due to delays. If other items are purchased on the same order as a pre-order item your other items will not ship until the pre-order item arrives. If you want your other items immediately you will need to place a separate order.
