ORDER CANCELATION: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. We work hard to get orders out as soon as we are able. You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
PROMO CODES: Promo codes of any kind must be applied during checkout. We will not apply a discount code after checkout. If you are having issues with a code you must contact us before checking out.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Please ensure your return is eligible before submitting a return request. Return requirements include the following:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return (list is below).
- Items must be in NEW, unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached.
- All items MUST be packed with care & protection so they do not get damaged in transit. Failure to do so will result in your return being denied if item arrives damaged. If returning shoes the box and shoes must BOTH be returned in new condition. You must place the original shoe box in packaging when shipping back or your return will be denied.
- If your return request is approved you must ship your return back to us within 7 days of approval. After 7 days your return request will be cancelled.
- ALL returns must use the return portal below. Do not simply ship back the return or it will be denied and you will be responsible for return shipping.
- If you falsify a return request and send an ineligible or damaged item your return will be denied and you will be responsible for return shipping.
- International Orders cannot be returned.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning.

COWHIDE PRODUCTS: All authentic cowhide products vary in color, texture, and pattern. These situations do not qualify as defects and will not be refunded.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-Orders Are Final Sale. Pre-Orders could be shipped before or AFTER the estimated date given. Any date given on a pre-order is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. By purchasing a pre-order item you agree that delays can occur during manufacture and that you cannot cancel or return your order due to delays. If other items are purchased on the same order as a pre-order item your other items will not ship until the pre-order item arrives. If you want your other items immediately you will need to place a separate order.
DAMAGES: We offer Route which is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. After you checkout you will be emailed instructions on how to file a claim or you may download their mobile app. PCB is not responsible if you opt out of this protection.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:
To initiate a return request please click the link below. You will need your email address and order number associated with your order to submit your request. Click on the order you would like to return and hit submit. Once submitted you will be notified whether your request was approved or denied. If approved, you will be sent an email with instructions to return. All returns MUST go through the return process at the link below. Do not send a return back without following this process or it will be denied and return shipping fee will be applied. All Returns Will Be Refunded In The Form Of Store Credit (E-Gift Card) ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please Allow Up To 5 Business Days For Us To Process Your Return Once It Has Been Delivered Back To Us. Please Do Not Email Us & Ask Us About The Status Unless It Has Been More Than 5 BUSINESS DAYS Since It Was Delivered To Us. You will receive an email with your E-Gift Card once your return has been reviewed and accepted.

EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation. We will not hold merchandise for a return.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS: If an order gets returned to us for the wrong address or undeliverable you will be required to pay for the return shipping fee. Your order will not be shipped until the invoice is paid for the return shipping fee. Failure to pay the return shipping fee will result in the item being donated if unpaid after 30 days.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALITY FOR RETURN: If an item is returned that does not qualify for a return (All Final Sale Items or damaged/worn) we will send you an email. Once you receive the email you will be responsible for paying the Return Shipping Charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. If you have not emailed us back and paid the shipping charge, the items will be donated.
